Ben and James started their careers in talent acquisition together in January 2006 and learnt their trade on the same training desk. Fast forward 12 years to 2018, endless technology meet ups, seminars and events and a huge passion for everything that is technology, Tech Intellect was born.
Culture plays a key part in what we do. We take the time to understand not just a company’s culture, but the culture-within-a-culture that so often exists within tech teams. This helps us support our partners in making positive change where needed.
Everything we do is driven by a genuine love of technology. We run regular networking events and promote knowledge-sharing, empowering our candidates to develop and enhance their tech skill sets and have a strong passion for helping likeminded people connect around technology.
